My name is Sharon. I live in Wellsville with my husband of 37 years.
I homeschooled our two children before homeschooling became popular.
I am an ISSA personal trainer and a certified Silver Sneakers instructor. My experience comes from years of dance training which accounts for my emphasis on body alignment and balance.
As I am approaching my seventh decade on this earth, I am very happy coaching others from my generation on the importance of staying physically active. My group exercise classes are easy to follow and highly adaptable to any fitness level.
